Cinema San Joaquin is a collaboration between the Tulare Cultural Arts Foundation and Galaxy Theatres in Tulare. Our goal is to bring a festival of top independent films to our community. This festival financially supports the programs of our Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing cultural events.
